After receiving the Booking, the Diskonthotel manager will contact you to confirm the booking in advance, as well as to agree on the payment and time.
Payment is accepted from individuals and legal entities. Payment can be made using any of the following payment methods.
• For individuals: payment for the order is made directly on the spot, upon arrival at the hotel.
• For legal entities: after completing the booking, you will receive an invoice for payment. Payment must be made within the business day following the day of booking. After the receipt of funds to the company's account, all the necessary documents will be available in your personal account on the website and in your email. The originals of the accounting documents are sent upon request.
• Calculation of the guest for hotel accommodation can be made in our Moscow office of Diskonthotel in cash and non-cash (terminal)

Рrepayment, booking cancellation.
By making a reservation with the Supplier (Hotel) you accept and agree to the cancellation policy, the no-show policy and any additional terms and conditions (of the Diskonthotel service) that may apply to your visit or during your stay (including important information from Diskonthotel that is published on our Site, useful information and the Supplier's policies), including rules regarding the service of the products provided by the accommodation (terms and conditions of service can be obtained from the respective accommodation). Supplier may charge applicable city or tourist tax even in the event of no-show or cancellation charges. Please note that reservations requiring a deposit or prepayment (full or partial) may be canceled (without prior notice or warning) in the event that the corresponding (remaining) amount cannot be debited in full on the respective payment date according to booking and the Supplier's rules. You bear all risks associated with late payments, incorrect debit or credit card details, or insufficient funds on your card. You may not claim a refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless Supplier agrees or permits otherwise in accordance with its (pre-) payment and cancellation policies.
If you would like to view, change or cancel your booking, please refer to the booking confirmation email and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you may be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the hotel's cancellation, (pre) payment and no-show policies, and you may not be eligible for a refund of any (pre) paid amount.
If on the day of check-in you are late, arrive late or only the next day, (timely / promptly) inform the Supplier about it. In this way, the Supplier's administration will know when to expect you, this will help to avoid cancellations and no-show penalties. If necessary, our support team can contact the Supplier for you. Diskonthotel is not responsible for the consequences of your late check-in, as well as cancellation or no-show penalty charged by the Supplier.
