Hotel reservation and confirmation: Hotel booking is carried out by filling out an Application, which reflects the specific wishes of the Client about the length of stay and room category.
Confirmation of the possibility of providing the Client with a hotel is carried out by "Diskonthotel" as soon as possible, but in any case no later than 2 (two) working days from the date of receipt of the order.
In exceptional cases, Diskonthotel can replace a hotel with a hotel of the same or higher class in the same city without changing the total cost.
Hotel cost and payment procedure:
The cost of the hotel is determined in accordance with the Pricing Appendix.
The hotel is provided on a 100% prepayment basis.

Responsibility of the parties: Diskonthotel is liable for material damage caused to the Client as a result of deficiencies in the services provided in the manner and to the extent stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for cases when the violation of the Client's rights has arisen due to force majeure circumstances.
The client is responsible for causing both material damage and damage to his business reputation by Diskonthotel.
The person who signed the Booking Application represents the interests of all tourists included in the Application, he is personally liable to the Diskonthotel Firm for the correctness of the customer data provided in the Application, for the fulfillment of all the above obligations by all customers, including the obligation to pay for the hotel and penalties in in case of refusal.
If the Client refuses prepaid hotel services, "Diskonthotel" refunds the Client in full, minus the penalty. The amount of the forfeit is understood as the cost of all services ordered from Diskonthotel, falling on the first day of service. The payment of the penalty is made by the Client: if the order is canceled or changes are made to the order for individual tourists less than 2 (two) working days before the arrival date, if the client does not arrive at the hotel on time.
Upon a written request from the client in case of early termination of the ordered services, "Diskonthotel" "may refund the client the amount of accommodation and meals at the hotel for the unused number of days, counting from the day following the date when the service was terminated.
The parties are released from liability for their obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances (force majeure)
